2. Services Description

Foundrr.Lab provides the following services:

• Custom software development and consulting
• Team augmentation and technical recruitment
• 24/7 support operations and maintenance
• Mentoring and rapid problem resolution
• Full-cycle development (outsourcing)

3. Payment Terms

Our services start from $15/hour. Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. We accept various payment methods including bank transfers and digital payments.

4. No Long-term Contracts

We operate on a flexible basis without mandatory long-term contracts. You can cancel our services at any time with reasonable notice as specified in your project agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the work product created by Foundrr.Lab will be transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Foundrr.Lab's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
